What Is the Organisation Portal?
The Junipa Organisation Portal is a dedicated platform for multi-campus organisations to oversee NCCD data collection and compliance across all their connected schools.
The Problem It Solves
When an organisation operates multiple school campuses, each running its own Junipa instance, there is a need for centralised visibility. Without the organisation portal, leadership staff would need to log into each school individually to review progress, generate reports, and monitor activity.
The organisation portal eliminates this by aggregating data from all connected schools into a single interface.
What You Can Do
Centralised View of All Schools
See all your connected school campuses on a single dashboard. At a glance, you can see:
- How many schools are connected
- Each school's health status (online, degraded, or offline)
- Summary metrics for each campus
Cross-School Reporting
Generate reports that span all connected schools:
- Executive Overview -- High-level metrics aggregated across all campuses
- Audit Reports -- Compare evidence quality and quantity across schools
- Attendance Data -- View attendance trends across the organisation
Team Management
Control who has access to the organisation portal:
- Add and remove users
- Assign roles (Admin or Viewer)
- Each user's access is limited to the organisation portal -- they do not automatically gain access to individual school instances
Custom Terminology
Configure the language used in the portal to match your organisation's conventions:
- Rename "school" to "campus" or "college"
- Adjust other terms to fit your context
Health Monitoring
Monitor the connectivity and operational status of each connected school:
- Healthy -- The school is online and responding normally
- Degraded -- The school is responding slowly (response time between 3 and 10 seconds)
- Offline -- The school is not responding (response time exceeds 10 seconds or connection failed)
What It Does Not Do
The organisation portal is a read-only oversight tool for cross-school data. It does not:
- Replace individual school administration (student management, evidence collection, etc.)
- Allow organisation users to edit student records or evidence at the school level
- Provide direct login access to connected school instances
Schools continue to operate independently. The organisation portal adds a visibility and reporting layer on top.
