System Requirements

Junipa is a web-based application. There is no software to install -- you access it through your web browser.

Supported Browsers

Junipa supports the latest two major versions of the following browsers:

Supported Devices

Junipa is designed to work across a range of devices:

  • Desktop computers -- Full experience with all features available.
  • Laptops -- Full experience, identical to desktop.
  • Tablets (iPad, Android tablets) -- Optimised layout for touch interaction. Ideal for teachers recording evidence during lessons.
  • Mobile phones -- Responsive layout for quick access. Best suited for viewing student information and recording brief evidence entries.

Internet Requirements

  • A stable internet connection is required to use Junipa.
  • Junipa works over standard HTTPS (port 443).
  • No special firewall rules or VPN configuration should be needed in most school environments.

If your school network uses content filtering or a proxy server, ensure that *.junipa.com.au domains are allowed.

Screen Resolution

Junipa is designed for a minimum screen width of 320px (mobile) and works best at 1280px or wider (desktop/laptop).
