- Click Choose File or drag and drop a file into the upload area.
- Wait for the file to finish uploading (a progress indicator will display).

- Click Save to submit the evidence with the attached files.
Adding Files to Existing Evidence
- Open the student's profile and navigate to the Evidence Log.
- Click on the evidence entry you want to update.
- Click Edit.
- Scroll to the Attachments section.
- Click Choose File or drag and drop to add new files.
- Click Save.
Viewing Attachments
To view a file attached to an evidence entry:
- Open the evidence entry from the student's evidence log.
- Scroll to the Attachments section.
- Click on the file name or thumbnail to open or download it.
Photos and images will display a thumbnail preview. Other file types will show the file name and a download link.
File Size Limits
- Individual files are limited to 25 MB each.
- There is no limit on the total number of files you can attach across all evidence entries.
Tips
- Photos from mobile devices -- If you are using Junipa on a tablet or phone, you can take a photo directly from the camera and attach it without saving it separately first.
- Naming files -- Use descriptive file names (e.g., "student-reading-assessment-term2.pdf") to make it easier to identify attachments later during audits.
- Privacy -- Only attach files that are relevant to the student's NCCD evidence. Ensure any files comply with your school's privacy policies.
Removing an Attachment
To remove a file from an evidence entry:
- Open the evidence entry and click Edit.
- In the Attachments section, click the Remove icon next to the file you wish to remove.
- Click Save.
note
Removing an attachment from an evidence entry deletes the file from that entry. This action is logged in the audit trail.
