Organisation search is for finding the right school view, trend or follow-up across connected schools. Exporting is for taking a focused view into a review, meeting or support workflow.

The aim is the same as the school instance: data comes in and out easily, just as quickly as it goes in.

Search across connected schools

Start from the organisation portal when the question spans more than one school.

• Search for the school before opening a detailed view.
• Use School health when you need to check connection status.
• Use Executive overview when leaders need the top-level position.
• Use Cross-school Audit Report when support teams need to compare evidence and adjustment readiness.
• Use Attendance reporting when attendance context matters for the review.

Keep the school instance as the source for student-level work. The organisation portal is for oversight, support and governance across connected schools.

Export for the decision in front of you

Export from the report that matches the meeting or follow-up. Do not export first and sort it out later.

1. Choose the organisation report.
2. Filter by school, campus group, reporting period or review focus.
3. Check totals and visible rows.
4. Export the focused view.
5. Share it through the organisation's approved storage and privacy process.

This keeps files readable for non-technical leaders and reduces the risk of old data being treated as the live record.

Census reporting and School Hubs

Use organisation reports to see which connected schools look ready, then use the school instance for the final School Hubs submission check.

• Open Executive Overview for the cross-school position.
• Open Cross-school Audit Report to find schools needing follow-up.
• Ask each school to confirm the NCCD Overview before School Hubs submission.
• Export only the view needed for the meeting or sign-off.

The organisation portal helps leaders see readiness. The school instance remains the submission source.

Bring school data in cleanly

Each school keeps its own Junipa school instance. The organisation portal connects to those instances through the approved connection flow, then shows the aggregated position.

Use Connecting Schools when you are adding another school. Use Integrations when the setup question involves SSO authentication, student management systems or data flow into the school instance.

Export without losing context

Organisation exports should keep enough context for leaders to act.

• Include school names and reporting period where the report allows it.
• Keep filters visible in the file name or meeting note.
• Use the school instance for student-level follow-up.
• Return to the organisation portal for the live cross-school view.
