Cross-School Audit Report

The Cross-School Audit Report allows organisation administrators to review NCCD evidence across all connected schools from a single view. This report is useful for organisation-level audit preparation and quality assurance.

Accessing the Audit Report​

  1. Navigate to Reports > Audit Report from the main menu.
  2. The report loads with data from all connected schools.

What the Report Shows​

The cross-school audit report provides:

  • Evidence summary per school -- Total evidence count, date range of evidence, and adjustment level breakdown for each campus.
  • Comparative view -- Side-by-side comparison of evidence metrics across schools.
  • Evidence quality indicators -- Flags for schools where evidence may be insufficient (e.g., low evidence count relative to student count).

Comparing Evidence Across Campuses​

The comparative view helps you identify:

  • Schools with strong evidence collection -- High evidence counts with good coverage across adjustment levels.
  • Schools that may need support -- Low evidence counts, gaps in certain adjustment levels, or long periods without new evidence.
  • Consistency across the organisation -- Whether evidence practices are uniform or vary significantly between campuses.

Filtering​

The audit report can be filtered by:

  • School -- Select specific schools to compare.
  • Date Range -- Focus on a specific reporting period.
  • Adjustment Level -- View evidence for a particular NCCD level.

Using the Report for Audit Preparation​

When preparing for an NCCD audit at the organisation level:

  1. Review the summary -- Check that all schools have evidence recorded for the reporting period.
  2. Identify gaps -- Look for schools or adjustment levels with low evidence counts.
  3. Follow up -- Contact school administrators where gaps exist and discuss strategies for improving evidence collection.
  4. Re-check -- Run the report again before the audit deadline to confirm gaps have been addressed.

Exporting​

To export the cross-school audit report:

  1. Apply your filters.
  2. Click Export.
  3. Choose the export format.
  4. The report will download to your device.

Share the exported report with executive leadership or auditors as needed.
