Request a signature

Use this when a plan or document needs formal acknowledgement from a family member, staff member or reviewer.

Do this

  1. Open the plan or document that needs sign-off.
  2. Choose the signature request option.
  3. Check the recipient and message before sending.
  4. Send the request.
  5. Track whether the request is sent, opened, signed or needs follow-up.

Before you move on

  • The right document was sent.
  • The recipient details are correct.
  • The student record shows the current signature status.
