Privacy Mode

Privacy Mode hides clinical and reporting details on screen while keeping the student identifiable. Use it when sharing your screen, presenting in a meeting, or collecting a signature in person.

Toggle the Privacy switch at the top of the student's Plans page. It takes effect immediately and stays on for your session until you switch it off.

What stays visible

  • Student name
  • Enrolment (year and enrolment date)

What is hidden

  • Adjustment level
  • Primary need
  • Diagnosis
  • Evidenced disability
  • Medical conditions
  • Student documents
  • Student summary
  • NCCD reporting years

These fields are always hidden while Privacy Mode is on. This applies to the student header on the Plans page and the Student Journal, and to matching fields inside the plan itself.

Free text is not masked

Privacy Mode hides structured fields. It cannot detect a diagnosis mentioned in prose, for example in a plan answer, a journal entry or a case note. Check free text before sharing your screen.
